Versha realised a long-held ambition to head her own company when she set up Intelligent Exhibitions in 2006 after heading Spearhead Exhibitions' ocean science & marine technology portfolio for a number of years. Why 'Intelligent'? Well that is her approach. Exhibitions and conferences don't need management bureaucracy. She leads from the front, focuses on every detail; recruits the best organising team and allows each of them space to excel; commits every ounce of their joint energy to delivering events that work for their clients.

Caroline, also known as ‘CB’, joined the company in its infancy back in 2006 after originally stumbling into the events industry in 2001. Originally destined to be a fashion designer, she chose to put her bossy ‘Head Girl’ nature to good use, and ventured into organising B2B events instead. As Event Manager CB says she enjoys everything about her job. Her passion and commitment to delivering highly successful events is evident in every aspect of her work ...........and personal life. A born organiser who loves the ‘show business’ side to managing events.

Cheri Arvonio

Cheri is definitely part of the IE furniture, first starting in 2006 on a short term contract but proving so invaluable she was soon made permanent and relocated to the valleys of Gloucestershire. Her bubbly nature combined with a smooth and intelligent approach emanates an element of calm amongst her colleagues that veer more towards the dramatic! Cheri works across all the shows, but is also Event Manager for the Marelec Conference where she utilises her flexible and willing nature getting the job done to the highest of standards.

Jo Trippet

Jo has blended into the team with ease, so much so that nobody remembers her start date – least of all Jo herself! She works hard selling exhibition stands and delegate places across all the shows aided by her natural flair for talking (!) and her direct approach. She first honed her sales skills working as Advertising Manager on a local newspaper and the endless energy derives from her days working as an aerobics and water sports instructor. Jo is a true convert to the world of event organising loving the fun and fast moving nature of the job.

Sharla has worked with IE on and off for a few years now, providing sales back up, administrative support and onsite management where required. Sharla considers her main strength to be, you guessed it – talking, so as you can imagine she fits into the team extremely well! Sharla says she loves the passion within the company, not only for the industries we serve but for the true professionalism involved in putting on world class events to the highest of standards.

One of a kind – a Finance person with a passion for the exhibition industry! He has been working in the exhibition industry for more than 30 years where he was Finance Director for Spearhead Exhibitions. Not happy to just sit behind a computer, Chris finds a way to be in attendance at most of the events and is well known by many of IE’s long standing exhibitors.
